Returns Policy

At Blue Line Abrasives, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a comprehensive returns policy to ensure your convenience and peace of mind. Please review the following guidelines and procedures for returning items:

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for most items within 14 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact. Please note that certain items, such as made to order products, perishable goods or sanitary items, are exempt from being returned unless they are defective or damaged. 

 

Credit notes for a value of less than £30.00 will be not issued to any customer where the reason for the credit raised is “Customer Error”. If any goods are returned with the agreement of (sia Abrasives G.B.) a re-stocking charge of 25% plus V.A.T. will be applied and will be invoiced on receipt of the goods. This is the value once the 25% has been deducted (example line value is £33.00 – 25% = £24.75 – credit will not be issued)

 

Initiating a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

 

a. Contact our customer support team within the specified return period to request a return authorisation. You can reach us through hello@bluelineabrasives.co.uk

 

b. Provide the order number, item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

 

c. Our customer support team will guide you through the return process, provide you with a return authorisation number (RMA), and provide instructions on how to return the item(s).

 

Return Shipping:

The cost of return shipping is generally the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as receiving a defective or incorrect item. It is recommended that you use a trackable shipping method and consider purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns during transit.

 

Refund or Exchange:

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), we will process your refund or exchange according to your preference and the availability of stock. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that the refund amount may be subject to deductions for any applicable restocking fees, return shipping costs, or damages caused by improper handling.

If any credit note is raised due to an error of any kind being made by sia Abrasives (G.B.) Ltd the full and correct amount will be paid and credited to the customer.

 

Damaged or Defective Items:

In the event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will guide you through the return process and arrange for a replacement or refund, including any return shipping costs incurred.

 

Non-Returnable Items:

As mentioned earlier, certain items are non-returnable unless they are defective or damaged. These include personalised or made to order products. We strive to provide accurate product descriptions and images to help you make informed purchase decisions.

 

Return Exceptions:

In some cases, returns may be subject to additional restrictions or conditions. These may include items purchased during promotional or clearance sales, as well as items that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer. Specific return requirements for such items will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase.

sia Abrasives (G.B.) will not accept the return of any goods sold without its prior agreement. So identified by the issue of a GRN from Customer Services, to be clearly indicated on the returned goods. Goods which have been sold to a customer’s size requirement will not be returnable in any event. Any goods which are authorised to be returned will remain at the risk of the Customer during transportation. A refund will be issued by sia Abrasives (G.B.) Ltd for stocked products only if they’ve informed by the customer within 14 days of receiving their goods that they want to cancel. The customer has another 14 days to return the goods.
